Wall hood, collection hood in beveled trapezoidal shape with one-sided mounting for separator/filter. Sturdy stainless steel AISI 304 construction, fully welded at the head and corner joints and with shadow finish. All cut edges protected by folded edges and rounded without burrs. With U-profile rail arranged at an angle for insertion of aerosol separator and circumferential 50 mm aerosol collection channel fully welded without transition with 1/2" grease drain tap at deep-drawn outlet point. Closed air outlet - cut to size as required on site. Hood body made entirely of stainless steel 1.4301 surface: 240 grit sanded on one side in accordance with food industry hygiene standards, no galvanized components. Flush-mounted and pre-wired energy-saving LED recessed lighting, protection class IP65 colour temperature 4000 Kelvin, behind plastic safety glass including terminal box. Illuminance in accordance with workplace directive EN12464-1:2011, 5.3. Including flow-optimized aerosol separator make WALPOL type FF-2A as high-performance separator for capturing and effectively separating aerosols in 40 mm installation depth as 3-fold eddy current separator with offset half shells made of stainless steel type 1.4301 III D DIN 10088-2 Roughness (RA) 0.05 - 0.1 µm in accordance with HACCP, with two-sided ergonomic drop handles and drain openings. Flow-optimized half-shells reduce pressure loss during operation, resulting in lower energy consumption and quieter operation. Easy installation and removal without tools. Suitable for variable air volume flows. Can be cleaned mechanically or manually with commercially available cleaning agents. Flame transmission resistance and fractional separation efficiency tested by the independent accredited DMT testing institute, in accordance with DIN EN 16282-6 F-1 (former DIN 18869-5 type A) and VDI 2052. Tested volume flow 0.6 m/s (corresponds to approx. 500 m3/h for dimensions 500x500 mm). 40x50x40 mm filters, 3 pcs., 1200 m³. Type F1 filters must be used above thermal appliances with an increased risk of fire and are ideal for use in cookshops, cook and chill and front cooking areas in commercial kitchens and restaurants. The delivery includes a hood fastening kit for wall and ceiling mounting, including suspension eyelets and wall bracket.
