Ready-to-connect (230V) trapezoid wall hood, collection hood in beveled trapezoidal shape with one-sided holder for separator/filter. Sturdy stainless steel construction, all cut edges protected by wraps and rounded without burrs with U-profile rail arranged at an angle for insertion of aerosol separator with grease drain tap at deep-drawn outlet point. Central position of the exhaust air opening. Hood body made of AISI 430 stainless steel. Incl. pre-wired energy-saving LED recessed spot lighting (rated voltage 230V 50-60Hz, 5W). Incl. aerosol separator for capturing and separating vapors and aerosols in 25 mm installation depth and design according to DIN EN 16282-6 F-2 (former DIN 18869-5 type B) and VDI 2052. Incl. installation of radial fan in 230 V (not according to VDI 2052). Incl. built-in electrical speed controller with LED function display and membrane keypad, pre-wired, 230V protection class IP 55 maximum 4.5 amps. The grease filters are suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher. Regular cleaning of the grease duct and filters is recommended. Incl. cut-out for connection to the exhaust air duct. Flame protection filters type F2 (formerly type B) effectively separate the grease vapor, but must not be used above thermal appliances with an increased risk of fire. Filter size: 40x40x25 mm; 1280 m³, 4 pcs. The extractor hood is therefore ideal for kitchen areas such as food preparation, food serving, food storage and sculleries. Note pressure loss through duct system and filter. Cannot be used with thermal devices with increased fire risk. Bulky goods surcharge from 2m length, unloading assistance must be provided on delivery.
